Who we are

This site is operated by FleetDriver Inc. We build an on-premises cloud platform that runs on your own hardware. If you have questions about this policy or about your data, email us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the early-access signup form on this site, we collect:

• your work email address (required to sign up),
• your company name (optional),
• the IP address and browser user agent of the signup request, kept so we can investigate problems such as duplicate or automated submissions if they come up.

Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data through Google Analytics — see the analytics section below.

How we use your information

• to follow up about early access and evaluation builds, as the signup form states,
• to keep the signup list working and free of duplicates,
• to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited (or Google LLC in the United States) and sets cookies that collect usage data, including your IP address, in aggregated form. You can learn how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics cookies using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Where your data is stored

Signups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that backs this site; Cloudflare, Inc. is our hosting provider. Data processed by Google Analytics is handled under Google’s terms. We keep this data for as long as the early-access program runs, and delete it on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page. Material changes will be noted here and, where appropriate, announced to people on the early-access list.
