FleetDriver Design Partner Program

Design your future private cloud platform with us

Run FleetDriver early on your own hardware. Work directly with the engineers building it. Decide with us what it becomes.

The exchange

More connected than a typical customer. More practical than an advisory board

A design partner is an operator who uses FleetDriver on real infrastructure while it is still being shaped. You bring firsthand experience. We bring the product team. Together, we build a platform around how your team actually works.

Design partners bringFirsthand context

Hardware, workloads, day-to-day operations, buying decisions, and the priorities that only become clear in a live environment.

FleetDriver bringsDirect access

Early product access, transparent plans, hands-on help, and a direct channel to the team building your future cloud.

01

Early product access

Run meaningful capabilities on your own hardware before broad release, and shape how they work in practice.

02

A direct line

A private chat channel with the engineers building and operating the platform. No ticket queue in between.

03

Roadmap influence

See what is coming, understand the tradeoffs, and help us choose which problems matter most.

04

Hands-on help

Work with the team that wrote the code when you evaluate, install, and operate FleetDriver.

How the program works

From first note to shaping the roadmap

Five steps, in order. Nothing is automated and nothing is outsourced: every step is with the people who build FleetDriver.

  1. 01

    Start the conversation

Send a short note about what you run today and what is getting in the way. It goes to the team, not a sales sequence.

  2. 02

    Scoping call

One call to walk through your hardware, workloads, and constraints. We both decide whether the program is a good fit.

  3. 03

    Get running

We help you bring FleetDriver up on real servers in your environment, and we write down what was hard.

  4. 04

    Work together monthly

A standing working session plus the shared chat channel. You see changes early; we see how they land.

  5. 05

    Shape what ships

Your feedback feeds prioritization and design reviews. We tell you what changed because of it.

The monthly cadence

One focused conversation every month

No theatre and no giant customer council. A working session about what shipped, what we learned, and what will happen next. Between sessions, the chat channel stays open.

Roadmap access

A view into the decisions, not just the dates

Design partners help us understand which operating problems are urgent, which ideas are useful, and which tradeoffs are worth making.

Who this is for

Operators with a problem worth solving together

The best design partners have an infrastructure problem, a point of view, and the patience to improve the answer with us.

What we ask

A named technical contact, one monthly conversation, candid feedback, and a real path to using FleetDriver.

Questions

What operators ask before joining

Is there a cost or a discount?
The program is a working collaboration, not a pricing offer. If FleetDriver becomes part of your platform, we discuss commercial terms directly and separately.
How much time does it take?
A named technical contact, one 60-minute session each month, and asynchronous chat when something is worth raising. Setup takes more time up front; we do that work with you.
Is FleetDriver ready for production?
FleetDriver is in active development. Design partners run it on real hardware with real workloads, and we are explicit about what is stable, what is preview, and what is not built yet.
What if it stops being useful?
Tell us and step away. We would rather hear why than keep a partnership that no longer helps you.

The partner group is intentionally small

Bring your infrastructure problem to the table

Tell us what you run today, what is getting in the way, and what a better operating model would make possible.
